Ever since Edward’s confession about being a serial killer back in the day, I always found that way more interesting than whatever the fuck was going on.
So it made me wonder.
What if we took THAT, and twisted it into the present day?
I’m thinkingggg…. Twilight is set in college. No need to insert parents that don’t contribute anything to the story, and easy explanation of why Bella is new to an environment.
The plot is that Bella moves to this new town, goes to college, and everything seems great and there’s new opportunities to put herself out there. But hold on,
There’s a serial killer on the loose.
And BOOM, there’s a dead college kid on campus. But turns out that kid is that kind of asshole to do the whole r*pe drug shit.
Which points to the serial killer, because the killer’s thing is that they go after people that have done horrible things. (Spoiler alert: it’s Edward)
And bonus points if Eddie boy saved Bella from someone.
Somehow they meet, they become fond with each other, and BOOM:
She finds out that Edward is the serial killer.
She becomes afraid of him (because she’s actually sane in this one), and tries to stay away from him. But he picks up on the fact she knows, and she threatens to call the police, but he tells her she can’t, and he tells her that it will end badly, and she’s like how, and he’s like:
beCaUsE iM a vAMPirE 🧛♂️ 🦇
Yeah so turns out that Eddie boy felt as if he should be burdened by becoming a monster for eternity that he should take out the true monsters among the humans.
It’s a whole thing.
So should I write the fic???
